President – Kathy Ameneiros

Ms. Ameneiros has more than 25 years of experience in human resources management and all aspects of recruiting and staffing. Kathryn graduated from Staten Island College with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Since founding New Wave People in 2000, she has provided the leadership and strategic direction that has continually grown the firm and its capabilities. Kathryn is responsible for all contract startups and ensures all necessary resources are made available. As the CEO of the Company, Kathryn has the final authority for issues that are escalated to her. The line of authority requires that problem resolution be first addressed at the Project Manager level and then escalated to the COO and then finally to Kathryn . NWP’s flat management structure allows for a rapid escalation of any issues so that corrective actions can be taken immediately.

Vice President and Chief Operating Officer – Mr. Raymond Paterek

Ray has more than 30 years of experience and success in business operations, from start-up through the on-going operations of multi-million dollar divisions. He has extensive capabilities in marketing, sales, customer service and management, and has had profit and loss responsibilities for extensive contract workforce implementations for clients including AT&T, BellSouth Corporation, Cable & Wireless, Ericsson, Lucent, Fujitsu, Motorola and Verizon, among others. Ray graduated from the New York Institute of Technology with a degree in Telecommunications. Ray will be responsible for handling human resources issues and overseeing the sourcing and recruitment of qualified personnel. Since joining New Wave People over 14 years ago, he has become immersed in working with our clients’ projects to ensure their success . His primary focus will be to ensure all operational aspects of performance are in compliance with the customer’s statement of work including security issues, scheduling, and recruitment. Ray is also designated as the Contractor Security Representative.

Program Manager – Ms. Greta Keller

Greta, a Federal Government Retiree, brings a high level of experience to New Wave People. She was a Level III DOD trained Contract Specialist before becoming the Chief of Purchasing and Contracts for the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center, Houston. This “goal driven” healthcare executive boasts a multifaceted history, and brings proven results to the Company, to include VISN level contracts at ten VA Medical Centers and their respective Outpatient Clinics. Greta earned her Bachelor of Science – Business Management from Upper Iowa University, and Master of Science – Human Resource Administration from Central Michigan University. Greta oversees the day to day project management, placement of personnel, and acts as client liaison. She will assure 100% fill rate, 100% credentialing compliance, and will visit onsite upon award, assuring the New Wave People team is set up for success from day one. As the Project Manager, Greta is available to support contracts on a 24 hour/7 days per week basis. Greta will ensure that our employees are aware of the schedule and available for service.

Comptroller – Ms. Janeen Lowerre

Ms. Lowerre has more than 30 years of progressive experience in accounting, and manages the day to day financial office staff. She is a major contributor to the company’s growth by ensuring financial management systems are functional and accurate. She is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payroll, invoices and interacts with our lenders and Withum Smith and Brown our CPA firm. Ms. Lowerre graduated from Johnson & Wales College with a BS degree in Accounting. She will assist in the success of the company by ensuring that payroll, billing departments, and benefits administration are of high quality. This enhances contractor satisfaction leading to a high retention rate.

Health Care Talent Acquisition Specialist Manager – Ms. Ronke Komolafe

Ms. Komolafe has over fifteen years’ experience recruiting Health Care Professionals from LPN to Doctors utilizing the Joint Commission Standards of excellence and protocol. This Goal oriented professional enhances New Wave Peoples ability to offer our clients the very best Health Care Professionals in the business. As a proficient communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills, Ms. Komolafe has a B.A. from the University at Buffalo in Business Administration and Human Resource Management

General/Technical Services Talent Acquisition Specialist Manager – Mr. Todd Riescher

Mr. Riescher is a Graduate from Lycoming College with a B.A. in Corporate Communications. He leads NWP’s administration and scientific specialty recruiting efforts, and all technical positions. He has diverse experience recruiting office staff, administrators, laboratory technicians, and scientist. Mr. Riescher’s unique recruiting skill set will make him a valuable member of the NWP team.

Health Care Manager – Ms. Donna Marie Twiste

Donna Marie has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and specializes in the areas of applied state laws and federal laws to various employee relation issues. She is very well versed in designing, planning, and implementation of human resources programs and policies for staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training. Donna Marie is highly skilled in handling EEOC complaints, and working with legal counsel on the resolution of those complaints. She has an advanced understanding and knowledge about minimizing legal exposure by advising organization on a variety of legal issues and is highly skilled in designing and implementing effective recruitment programs and retention strategies. She is also experienced in applicant screening, employee orientation, evaluation, placement, and training.

Bid Specialist -Christen Scholar

Ms Scholar has over 2 years experience in quality control and developing high quality winning proposals for existing customers and potential clients. Ms. Scholar manages New Wave People’s multi-discipline proposal team through the bid development processes and reports directly to the Vice-President and oversees the handling and developing proposals based on different client specifications. Ms. Scholar ensures that the bids are within budget and are submitted before deadline, making sure our clients are represented as effectively as possible. In addition, Ms. Scholar manages various other projects for the company from conception through completion.
